USPS reviews

First I was reluctant to send my documents thru usps after reading people’s reviews but sorry to say I haven’t gone through this my documents to India reached on time and I could track them daily. But whoever had a bad experience I am sorry but I really appreciate usps. Thank you

USPS is worse everyday. I am awaiting 3 different parcels that are basically in limbo. One is going back and forth to the same distribution center. Another is stuck in ICS at JFK for two weeks. I other doesn’t want to leave Brooklyn. Then they complain we aren’t using the postal service enough. If you go your post office they are unable to give you any information. They say call the 800 number. Good luck with that…

I don’t now why still transit its gone took o month since 2/12/23???

I received updates..package delivered in perfect condition and on time

I have the best Post Office. Employees are the best. Never a problem.

the service is not good they said my package will arrive 6 to 10 days now more than one month my package still no where and i cant even trace where is now...the service is very poor...very horrible...

My package supposed to been arriving to me by Saturday. Here it is, Monday and I still haven't received. It been checking the number and if intelligent since the second so why haven't it been delivered to my home?

I was at the Hays Park Post Office today 4 March 2024, to mail a package was met with exceptional customer service from clerk 03. Thank you Sir !

Agent refused to send package unless I paid priority mail @ $10.75. He scolded me in front of other people. He had no right to tell me to go somewhere else if I wanted to mail flat plain envelope. I will not EVER go to that PO unless I need to pick up a pkg.

I sent my taxes certified mail on Feb 21. First page says delivered then if u click on it it then says available for pick up. So did it actually get delivered or it is sitting at po box still?

Package has been sitting at the local facility (or at least that's what the most recent tracking update says) for days on end. It is now past the paid for delivery service time, and there has been ZERO communication or updates.

I mailed a package the was supposed to have been delivered Feb 26th. Here we are March 4th and they still do not have it.

One star is so much for yr service and yr personal who reply to costumer phone calls

1st time using the #number. Working great. 1st time wasn't close to delivery date. I'm the person whom is waiting for it to get there. Knitted items and can't wait for it to arrive.
