Mailed priority 8 days ago and package still hasn’t been delivered in fact it’s farther from it’s destination than when it was mailed absolute failure on part of post office

I paid for 2 day priority mail delivery it is now day 3 and the package has not arrived. Why charge people for this service and you can't deliver. This is redicoulos and I will use UPS from now on

Based on tracking information, Merchandise I purchased was at the Ballwin, MO post office yesterday only a few miles from where I live. Instead the package going out for delivery, The package was sent to Cape Girardeau Which is about 100 miles southeast of where where I live. Where will it go next and will it ever return to Ballwin, Missouri? Terrible service!!!!
