I ordered a package on the 10/1 and has been in Maryland since 10/3 in the same place. I understand with COVID and all but at the same place for that long

2nd time using the USPS and what a let down. Time sensitive letter that should have been delivered i 3-4 days is niw 7 days in omaha Nebraska coming back to Rochester ny its suppose to be going to albany ny. My other package is amongst the missing since sept 9th with items from my recently deceased mother. The items are priceless i did get the letter inside that package returned for postage due strange. Not happy. And you want us to support why. They are a joke

USPS friendly service and on time

I have a package that left Elizabethtown,Pa on 9/30/20 it went to New Jersey and has been sitting in the Philadelphia PA facility since 10/6/20. Can't get any straight up answers as to why my package has just been sitting in philadelphia.

I mailed a package from Jefferson Georgia to Wilimgton North Carolina on 9/30/2020 and today being 10/15/2020 and it has not yet arrived. It sat in Atlanta for over a week and now it is stalled in Fayetteville North Carolina. This is an antique of mine I am sending to my granddaughter and am so upset that she hasn’t gotten it. I was so worried that it was lost. Don’t understand what happened.

It would be great if the tracking number on the receipt said tracking number

Items sit in office for days before leaving facility.

I mailed a package on Monday and is supposed to be there last Saturday now I won't be there till the next Saturday and that's from Philadelphia to New Jersey I could walk both ways in that time and there routing carries the package all over Pennsylvania and then back pass Philadelphia and service's is atrocious

Love the post office they are working hard to deliver everything

Arrived to a facility 2.5 hrs. away...4 days ago...STILL NOT HERE!

2 day priority still have not received package that was mailed on 10 8 20 it is now 10 15 20
