I paid extra so my package will arrive sonner they told me it will be 7-10 days it's been 16 days and that package is no we're near

The box was opened ,had old tape attached to it that was discolored! There was also orange colored hair strands under the tape. Who do I contact ???

I dont know what's going on but every package that has been shipped to me over the past few months has been late. its ridiculous

I'll give them a half a star. I mailed a small box I'm North Fort Myers to Orlando that got lost somewhere between here and there it looks like it's on the mail truck going back and forth and back and forth and I'm not happy what I've sent to my son what's his father's is irreplaceable. I will never never mail anything a the post office anymore. EVER AGAIN. FEDX IS MUCH MORE RELIABLE... it won't let me give them a half a star and it's making me submit something so I have to give it a full star if they don't deserve it.

A package I mailed 2 days ago from a Jersey Post Office is still in New Jersey. How is that even possible? It’s a priority package. Don’t know. I guess I have no faith in the post office.

The Package was not sent to the correct address Just left at the post office in the wrong town!!

it has been a week and a half in the same place.

Sent parcel certified two weeks ago to mass and still hasn’t arrived USPS states it can’t investigate until 30 days have expired to look for said parcel

Very disappointing! I paid priority mail on the Hacienda branch in Pleasanton Ca. paid $7:50 it get to Fresno Ca. on 10/14/20! How is that priority & why should I pay $7:50 for that !!!! I want my money back , this is not acceptable! I would give - one star

This was my first visit to the post office in over two years. It was fast and the employees were super friendly and helpful.
