Did not have any problems at all.

I mailed a package on September 18 from Brooklyn to Tennessee with tracking number. As of 10/13/20, the package is in transit. Unbelievable!!!

Horrible horrible. My school mailed my degree 20 minutes from where I live 10 days ago and I still have no degree 10 days later. So frustrated. If I could rate USPS ZERO I WOULD..

Poor tracking info n slow delivery

I always use US PS for packages and stamps. I love the self-service machine, and customer service is always great at my post office

You guy are horrible with delivering any thing. This is the 4th time being told package was unable to be delivered while having someone there to receive it all day and no employee on the camera system to even show an attempt at delivering. And that doesn't include the days on end with regular mail not being delivered

I would never trust you with any ballot!!! Your phone system is the worse system I have ever dealt with!! I spent over 30 minutes trying to find a real person to talk to about a package that you lost. I would like to know why my package actually arrived in Chattanooga only to be shipped back out and not delivered to my home. However since you can’t get a real person to talk to there is no way to find out how and why this happened. This is the worst system ever! If I could have rated you low than 1 Star I would have!! I would highly suggest you work on your customer service. It is really bad!!!!

Ordered in August, it's now Ocober and tracking states my pkg is in Los Angelas for a week now. One day I check tracking and it was in Los Angelas but delivered. Then next time I checked it states that it's in Los Angelas. Why isn't not moving? Where is my package?
