The guy told my Step Dad the package would be delivered in 3 days it’s been a week now and still no package. The package has sat at the Fayetteville location for 5 days. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Why pay extra for 3 day delivery. Worst service ever

Always pleased with USPS

Takes by far too long, typically sits in the warehouse forever.

USPS delivered to me mistakenly: I.e., wrong street, though street numer is the same. I often see my neighbors' mail in my mailbox. Some USPS deliverers have Bad quality services!!

Package I was to receive 2 weeks ago and still not here..travels more than I do..totally ridiculous

I paid for a 2days delivery and it has been 7days still not been delivered

Mail carrier refuses to get out of vehicle to leave packages so all must be picked up at post office on weekend.

I send my item since may 2020 and is October still on Carson ca post office. How can I make claim

We had a package sent on July 16th, it contained 6 months of crucial medications for my wife and myself. To date October 12th, we still have not received them. So 3 months, less 4 days and I am completely disgusted. This was priority mail with tracking. The mail service is beyond terrible under DeJoy’s lack of leadership. They don’t even deserve one star.

2 pkg mailed same time 1 to Michigan from Webb City,MO. THERE 2 to Illinois from Webb City still setting in Springfield, MO Ridiculous how this could happen...from Thurs to Sunday and still at the start nearly

Been over a month still haven’t gotten item

Very unhappy. I sent my granddaughter a pkg on Sept 28 and I didn’t have an apt # , so it was not delivered. It went to absecon nj on Oct 1st where they said it had a wrong address. So should have been sent back to sender. It is now oct 11th no package came back to me. I spent time making cookies for my granddaughter who is in college and sent her other things in that pkg. it cast me $15.00 to sent it, and the pkg didn’t come back to me yet. Needless to say making several phone nobody knows nothing. I will now send all my pkgs ups. I’m pissed
