Been sitting in the post office for a week on a 2-day delivery and I can't seem to get any answers accept it due to the covid-19

Nice, friendly people in San Germán, PR postal office.

I have sent packages priority mail and it takes 3 months to get there and then find out its been sitting in Detroit the whole time probably thrown in the corner. Now I I sent another package through the us mail (Stupid me) to only have it happen again!! It's been 2 weeks now & last were said it was sitting in Detroit & now it can even be found.... never again fed ex or UPS from now on...

Sent a package Columbia to St Louis MO... arrived within 24 hours yes USPS

Sent package on 10/2/20, as of today package still in route. Not what I come to expect of the postal service I was told package would arrive on Monday the 5th. According to your tracking system package has not moved in over 24 hours. Very disappointed in the postal service.

I pay to be a prime member of Amazon and suppose to get 1 day and 2 day shipping and I did not get my package to be delivered on the date given on Amazon. Can't trust the USPO employee to do their job! But the always want a raise. My neighbor even get our mail( expensive blood thinner medication from the VA) which it's very important medication that you need to keep a person from having TIA's ( Strokes) I trust Priority mail, they always deliver on time! They don't give your packages and mail to your neighbors!!! They need to weed out and fire the lazy workers who don't care about doing their job right, if not then it's their own fault they get negative reviews!!!!

Very disturbing to walk into the post office and the clerk does not have a mask on. In the middle of a pandemic when the numbers are on the rise. When I asked her, she told me she has “medical conditions “. I

Never open during posted hours. Poor customer service. Priority mail is slow. Packages don’t arrive by guaranteed date. Please go out of business

Window service in Saginaw,Mi @ Boardwalk office is great. Even long lines move fast, they are very efficient.

This package went to Lou. Ky Twice and then to sellersburg Ind. then back to Jeffersonville Ind how stupid. Now it said it was delivered at 10:39 Friday Oct. 9th and they don't have it,mad!!!!!

Arrived a day earlier than predicted. Great service!

Frustrating! If i can, i will never use again, unless i have a full year to wait. Even at that , there are other choices
