We paid for priority mail on Oct 5 and that's for 2 day delivery!! It's now Fri Oct 9 and the package is still in Memphis!! Why do we pay for priority if it is going to be regular?!!

In the 33032 area mail I have lost my permanent residence and my badge sticker, terrible service from the government.

I’ve noticed certain zip codes don’t get their mail for days and when it comes it's late at night I saw on the news that certain neighborhoods have regular mail persons where is the mail persons For the 19144 area ?

Mailed on 10/5. Paid priority rate. Still en route to house in Tampa, FL on 10/9 AM.

My post office employees and mail carrier have always been professional and very helpful

What a colossal disappointment. Quite understand and unprofessional. Very disheartening that a company with a high profile could commit a blunder as what I experienced. Very disgraceful. A parcel of document sent to me since 29/09/2020, on express delivery, but up till now not yet delivered. Still in transit. I will pick it up with you. You have lost the integrity and trust we had with you internationally. If the document exceed today. I will personally pick it up and you will be made to pay for the loss.

The clerk who helped me was so helpful. She went above her regular tasks to help me mail back a small package. The paid return label was much bigger than the box. I needed her help to hold it so it could be taped to the package. She was so helpful.

I spent $102.00 for next day. It got to NJ Toms River 08753 post office at 12:59. My sister and her husband were home ALLLLLL day. They have cameras all around the house, plus my sister called the post office at 1PM that afternoon and spoke to a postmaster who said there was nobody home and that notice was left at 14:25. That package was scanned, NO AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT AVAILABLE. My sister told the postmaster they've been home all day. So he said he would call her back. Well at 3:15pm a car pulls up and a mailman gives my sister the package. She signed for it, at that time and he, the postman said he doesn't know what happened. So I think I should be refunded because it was the post offices fault. Please see what can be do e here. I use the USPS constantly and this is a mistake on your side. It was $102.00. And these days, that money is hard to spend. Please get back to me. Thank you. 787 546-4589.

My package was shipping on the 30th it is now the 8th. I flew here faster.

its been over a week to deliver a pkg from dresden tn to paducah ky.a 50 mile distance and it still has arrived. I could of drove it there myself in one hour and saved $20.95.

I have been waiting on a package for over a month now and there is no one to help me. It says it left the distribution center annex on September 8th. So where is it now?
