Very poor routing in a 10 day trip.to go approx 150 miles went to Harrisburg twice which is the opposite direction of Genesee PA. Then also stopped in Troy PA out of the way. Unbelievably wrong route.

Have had 3 lost packages since July 3 2020. When possible I have packages shipped FedEx or UPS. Also USPS doesn’t have real time tracking, have no idea where your packages are till lost.

Sent out 2 packages at the same time and they are going to the same place.one package arrived.the other package is floating around somewhere over a week an a half of being sent.tracking says nothing except the day that I sent it out.very disappointed.next time sending all my things thru fed ex.i have never had one problem with them.

Deliveries taking Twice as Long as Should be. Deliveries being delayed with NO Explanation... Home Mail Carrier leaving mail at The Wrong Addresses Often.

I have always been a huge supporter of USPS but after all ive gone through with USPS with my packages from Humana, Amazon, Capitol One and few others I HATE USPS and prefer anyone but USPS they really need to start working harder and better to be more customer service friendly and more efficient with packages/letters.

There is NEVER Any tracking information until my items at my local Post Office. Your tracking is useless!!!

Needed to have an item picked up and delivered to me. All was taken care of got my tracking number. Enjoying watching the package getting closure to the Heart of Canada! NiagaraFalls

Every time I have been serviced by a postal employee at the wake forest post office in ventura, they have been exceptionally pleasant, knowledgable and helpful and it makes it such nice experience ! Thank you !!
