I ordered and item, and received a printer with the tag cut out of the original item I asked for and was taped to the printer box which doesn't have anything to do with what was ordered at first. I know this is usps' fault because the HOME BREWING STORE I ordered some kegs from doesn't sell printers.

Couldn't even track my package..its stuck

Fire the PostMaster General. He is intentionally interfering with postal service operations. My package went from Portland, OR to Fife, WA to Portland, OR to Sweet Home, OR, which is no where near me in Salem, OR. Disgusting!!!!

Unfortunately your service is always too slow

Found my package at the base of my mailbox next to the street 200 yards from my porch where it should have been delivered. As a retired carrier I am pretty pissed off at the lack of service exercised. Would that carrier want their own package left out by the street? Can I rate you zero stars?

always grate customer service

A package from Glendale AZ was paid for 1st class 2 to 3 day delivery to RI on Sept 8th about 4:20 eastern time. It has not arrived yet and when I looked up the tracking number it showed a map that it hasn't even left AZ yet. Next time I'm using Fed ex or UPS.

Slow. My Amazon prime package is late. It defeats the purpose of Amazon Prime.

i was told my letter would be recieved by Saturday the12th and it hasn't been delivered yet.

Took a package to Zip 27030 8/5/20 for return service, last record shows in transit on 8/7/20, very poor servic. Meanwhile I can't receive credit on item.

Three weeks waiting for a package to get delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. Same update for two weeks! Where is my package??
