they tell your package will be there at at certain time and it takes longer.... i was cheated out of 26 bucks

Package was mailed 36 days ago and still has not arrived. Tracking only shows it was received but nothing beyond that.

Sent a small package to Toronto, Canada 2wks ago. Receipient has not received and tracking has its last location listed in CA! Sent small package to same address last month, no problem!

How is it I pay for expedited shipping and the package is two days late???

When I pay for postage I expect my packages to be delivered. I shouldn’t have to take time off of work to pick packages up. The usps system is outdated and should be somewhat self sufficient by now instead of constantly getting federal funds to make ends meet. Maybe they should take notes from Amazon
