Paid for 2 day delivery for 3 boxes same address 1 took 5 days and the second is 7 days if it is delivered today. So I was overcharged for service.

I have never been disappointed with the service I receive. The staff at the post office is always friendly. The service has always been convenient and efficient during all the years I have used it. I just hope the corrupt politicians do not ruin this service that is convenient to all.

Colleen in the Hemet post office was very helpful. She saved me money shipping 2 packages to my grandsons by telling me it would be cheaper to put the separate bubble mailers in a box since it’s going to the same address and when they open the box they will still have their separate packages to open. I truly appreciated that especially since covid19 hours at my work have decreased. Thanks Colleen your the best.

Friendly and well imformed employees at our post office 34429. I love to go in to send my packages... I am able to get more packaging materials, purchase my favorite new postage stamps, greeting cards and get answers to my questions in person. Also, my packages arrive ON TIME and IN GOOD CONDITION. I sent a package on Friday. Paid for 2 day priority they said it would arrive Tuesday due to holiday. It was going from IN to Olathe KS it arrives in KC Saturday and then is sent to Tucson AZ where it still sets! Why would you send it to AZ when Olathe is right there at KC?

I like this Tracking system very helpful.

They charge you for overnight shipping and delivery..then loose the package

usps is no good to ship by. You can never actually track a package until it is in your hands. And that's if it doesn't get dropped off at the wrong place or the delivery person throws it at your porch.

Sent priority mail 7 days ago from Boston To NY. Still waiting. Very disappointed with service.

The package I sent on September 3 was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and it is Wednesday and still in transit with yesterday's date. The tracking Hasn't updated all day, I am worried and upset. We paid almost a $130.00 for Priority Mail and can't even track the box. In transit after six days is not good.

Florida Post Office can not deliver a letter in over a months time

Promised to be delivered at a certain time but is 6 hrs. late
