Lost 2 of my packages.

Given the runaround regarding my package

My package has been in New Jersey the entire shipping time. How hard can it be to put on outgoing mail. Isn't it illegal and against mail operations to not send out 1st class mail. I'm waiting on school supplies that I ordered a month ago.

Quick, efficient, friendly service.

have been waiting on a package since August 17th, 2020. Have ordered other packages that have went through the same routes and have been delivered. This package has cost me customers and I've only gotten excuse after excuse. 3 day Priority mail don't take a month to deliver.

Always a good experience, except for occasional damaging intrusions by customs

Waiting for a parcel that was shipped 10 days ago, 1 state away. Last scanned 6 days ago. No updates of any kind. They call that tracking?

My package said it was delivered 5 days ago and I still have not received it.

Very disappointed with their service. After paying $7.75 for a mail, it has been almost a week, it still has not reached its destination to NY a distance of 200 miles!!!

The The employees are excellent, but it is too long to wait standing up and in the heat, I had to wait 1 hour and a half for a package to be delivered. I think it is inhumane because we have elderly people with back and leg conditions. I hope you can help correct this serious problem. Even more so with the Covid situation.

Mail arrives as it should but packages seem to be stuck for days with no movement. Pony express was faster.

I pay for certified mail on the 24th of August the company has not received my mail and the date is September 9th I could have just dropped it off myself in Fenton. Why does it take so long for something I paid for.

Needs to hurry up next time

Second time I've mailed my tax return this year. This time I paid for 2 day delivery that was on 8/29/2020. Today is 9/9/2020 still in transit. WTH??? Why did I get charged 7.50 for this. No wonder they need a nail out.

if I could give 0 stars I would. The USPS office in my area is a joke. They lose more mail than they deliver. I have had packages scanned as delivered that were never delivered. I've been told they were delivered to the wrong address then have them deny they ever told me that. I have had empty packages delivered that were opened and re-packaged in their "we care" damaged mail package delivered. It almost appears the items are being stolen. The items that disappear are electronics and jewelry. I've purchased the same ring 3 times and it has come up missing each time. The first was supposedly lost and the company resent another. The second package arrived opened and empty. The third one has been scanned as delivered and it has not been delivered. I am sick of the Edgemore branch and their shenanigans
