USPS reviews

I paid extra for delivery & unless the tracking system was not updated my package did not reach it's delivery point. Not sure that's a good practice.

They usually come through.

I am not happy with mailing packages to Brooklyn and it takes 6 weeks to get there. Brooklyn and New Jersey isn't that far. That don't not give me a good name as a business who ships to Brooklyn. Every other state gets there packages no problem but Brooklyn New York I am not making my customers happy. I don't like that.

Still haven't received my package

I was sent a very important small package and it was sent to priority express mail. So far its 2 days late and hasn't even left Portland Oregon. I live in Florida. I will be using another company next time

I live in lower Michigan but wait until visiting Manton, MI post office to stock up on stamps. I even buy several cards. The people there are always friendly, helpful, and the variety of stamps is excellent.

I was supposed to receive a letter on 9-5-2020 at noon. It is. 9-6-2020 , 5.30 am and still nothing.

It looks like parcels are stocked up in one facility and nobody seems to care about it. What's going on?

My Amazon package was supposed to arrive today BUT due to the inefficient and inept USPS...the package will arrive late.

I sent a package to Maryland priority mail Monday as of Saturday still not there and it's a holiday weekend so now what no mail on Monday so why pay for priority mail second time this has happened

Tracking is useless; not accurate. 2-day Priority Mail is a joke. Let’s be honest. It could be 2 weeks or 2 months. Pandemic slowing deliveries but at least be honest about how long it will take. If I send a bday gift 10 days before a birthday through Priority Mail, I should expect it will arrive for the event. No wonder USPS is in deep debt. Shameful.

I ordered this item over a week ago and it STILL has not moved. This is absolutely ridiculous. I could understand if things were coming from outside the country, but this is pure laziness. These are NECESSARY school supplies for children. I am willing to guarantee if the package ever actually arrives, I will be told to wait up to 72 extra hours to have to travel to my local post office to receive it because they NEVER bother to ring the buzzer and let tenants in my building that they have a package. It's getting disgusting.
