Sad service!!! Third time this year it over a week to deliver. Why lie about your service!!! 3 days means three days.

I hate the fact that yall take longer than it says also that yall neverrr just leave a package on a back porch y’all always need to see someone and if they arent theyre yall bring it somewhere else like if i wanted to pick it up from somewhere else i would not have shipped it to my house.

Says my package was delivered. Tracking number: 9361289721009419369223 but my family checked as soon as we got the Amazon alert and there was nothing

On July 28 I paid 9.90 to have a package returned to Indianapolis 2 day delivery expected to arrive July 31. It is now September 6 and my package is till sitting somewhere in Indianapolis but not delivered to the address it is supposed to be delivered to. Every time I check tracking it just tells me there is a delay. I tried to call the number to talk to someone—-forget that—-it is a total disaster. You cant reach a soul. The phone either cuts off or it sends you in circles. This is absolutely ridiculous. Our local post office cant help—-not part of their job to track packages. Im so frustrated as I am now out 84.00—my guess is that package is long gone. Im thankful that I have alternative to ways and places to take my business—-even if I have to pay more. I feel badly for the people that have to work at the postal service—Im sure they take all the blame for the head honchos that who are totally incompetent and responsible for this mess. All I can say is VOTE——lets change the next four years and get everything back on target!!!!!!!

I asked for next day delivery and I paid $39.95 and the package is not getting there till 9/10/20 and I mailed it on 9/4/20. Very Disappointed.

Delivered my daughter's ss card to wrong address. Lost multiple packages and did not honor insurance on a lost package. Hassle speaking with them each time something has gone wrong.

Horrible I payed 54 dolars for a 3 pounds package that stay 5 day in internacional procescing and is yet in miami ...I can't beleve it

She is always knowledgeable and helpful. I always know that my needs will be met when I utilize your services both for personal and professional reasons. Paid for tracking our mortgage payment and last date 9/3/20 in Chicago. A waste of $7.99

I now have a disappointed birthday boy because his present is late again.
