Service is horrible. 5 days and it’s still at the USPS dock waiting on the dock, what exactly are they waiting for?

2 packages sent out of Bowie Md Aug 13th. One package arrived in Jacksonville Fl Aug 15 and has been sitting there since and today is the 24th of August. The only tracking info available on the second package is that it left the Bowie Md post office and no one apparently knows where it is because the tracking service does not show it anywhere. Worst service I have ever experienced in ALL my years of using the US postal service.

The USPS can not keep track of my packages ever. I'm sick of it and they're gonna try to keep up with mailed in ballots

Terrible! Label created 7/27. Delivered 8/24. Where on earth was it for the 4 weeks in between??????

Why does a priority express letter mailed from Mead, Wa on Saturday have to go all the way from the Spokane Distribution Center to a South Dakota Distribution Center and then to Colfax , WA which is only 60 miles south of Spokane taking three days when I could have delivered the mail by truck in less than two hours the same or next day thus missing an important legal deadline on a Monday. If I had known how the USPS routes mail, I would have hand delivered the letter myself by my own vehicle and met the zmonday deadline. At this time I am still waiting confirmation that my letter has arrived.

1/2 to 1/5th the cost of the other guys and the same speed or faster usually. I'll definitely use the USPS first.

First restricted certified letter was lost. Second one which was supposed to be signed for by named recipient only was “delivered to individual at address”

Enter tracking number, this is useless. It does not give current information about my package. Not like UPS does.

Tracking updates are horrible and package transit is slow as a snail

My 3 day perishable pkg is still not delivered. Lost for the 1st 3 days, found on the 20.and tracking said 'on time' the 23. Now on the 24 trackin says 'arriving late'. How does a priority 3 day pkg take 8 days, if it arrives tomorrow considered acceptable to the USPS? Please, please, shut down this poorly run business and cont

I took my package to my local post office. Presented the package with its prepaid shipping label to the attractive young lady behind the counter. She checked the package, weighed it, and confirmed the package was ready for shipment and asked if I needed stamps today. She gave me my receipt showing me the tracking number furnished for free and thanked me. Four days later, I checked the tracking number and package had been delivered. Successful return back to the manufacturing company. Very well done. Thank you USPS.

Package from Florida to Vancouver BC Canada been on route since Aug 3 2020 and is stuck in Florida. How long does it take to get across the country. This is absolutely wrong!!!!! When can I expect my parcel? 24.08.2020

I paid $7.75 to have my daughter’s College tuition mailed on 8/20/2020 with an expected delivery on 08/21/2020. As of today 8/24/2020 at 4:16 PM the mailer has not arrived. I keep hoping that the postal service is doing a better, but my experience shows otherwise....extremely disappointed!

Takes forever, can't track package, and don't give enough information.
