Package from Indiana to Michigan has been in route 9 days and is stuck in Pittsburgh. This is absolutely wrong!!!!!

I sent my parcel on 8/21/20 and it is still in Georgia. It was sent to NYC Friday and is supposed to reach NYC on 8/25. Why is my parcel still in Georgia? I give this a poor rating. Retired postal carrier.

Since living in Az , I have had so many pieces of mail wind up back at the sender for so many different reasons. When I took the exam for USPS a high reading score was required. I am safely assessing this has dinished as a requirement for employment .

The slowest deliveries I've ever experienced. My tracking has said "in transit arriving late" for the past 4 days and ot was originally expected to arrive over a week ago.
