My daughter sent me a birthday gift on July 22nd, supposed to be here on July 25. She paid $13 for 3 day delivery. I still have not received my package. I entered tracking number, it shows still in transit. I'm highly upset. When can I receive my package?

Worst ever I paid a lot extra to get a package delivered 2 days. It has been 7 days. No offer of refund of extra paid. Every excuse made on their part. Horrible now and has been for yrs. I knew better to try USPS again. But trust this. It will NEVER happen again.

Ship a letter, no problem. Ship a box anything less than priority mail and you’d might as well tape it to a herd of roaches. I have a box shipped July 31 from Illinois. Twenty days later it’s sitting in St.Louis. No update on when it will arrive in Vermont.

Terrible service.... who ships Dayton Ohio to Charleston back to Cincinnati and let’s it sit for a week on its way to Detroit? And we are planning on using them to handle our votes......

My parcel should have arrived in Macau between 13-17 Aug, I paid extra for the Express service. As of today (21-Aug) the parcel is still in NY so it has taken 16 days and it hasn't even left USA. also for the first 10 days there was no information on the tracking. Absolutely terrible servise, I'll use UPS or DHL next time, it's the same cost...

Carrier never leaves packages like I have ask them too , always put something about a dog, we don’t have a dog
