shipped a box to Thailand 138 days ago and it is STILL NOT DELIVERED!! I WILL NEVER ship anything with USPS again in my life time!

Slow or no service. Tracking says my parcel arrived in Dallas on Aug. 14 on its way to Ft. Wayne Indiana, and shows nothing since then. Today is Aug. 22.

Did a change of address well over a week before August 1st when we moved one city over from Laconia. On the 5th of August they delivered my package to my old address. I spoke with someone at Laconia post office and they would look into it. I get a call back the next day saying they have retrieved my package and it is on the way. 5 days later I get a call from Portland Maine post office saying that they cannot find my package but they are looking but won't promise anything. I called Laconia post office again and this guy said it's the first he's heard of it but we'll take a look around and call me back. Never called back! 2 days later ran the tracking number and it said package was in Laconia enroute to my new address. 5 days later still haven't received it and did a tracking number today and it says it's in Laconia and ready to be shipped. if they lost the package just say we lost a package don't play games with people especially when it's something they paid money for. If the package isn't here by Monday morning I will be filing foia requests for all of the phone calls to me and from me with all the postal employees I reacted with. they wonder why President Trump says the post office is a mess and a joke. I am living proof that the post office at least in the Northeast is a total joke!

great service always

Last pkg. Almost 2 weeks! This pkg was supposed to be here yesterday by 8 pm. Apparently still in Memphis. Been there since 2 am Thursday. I only live about 1 and a half hrs away. Paid extra!

Before Mr. DeJoy any interaction I’ve had with the post office has been excellent. All postal workers are friendly, pay attention to details and offer help. The website is easy to use

Went to Post office this morning. Didn't have a long wait. I was greeted upon coming to counter. Quick and courteous service. I use this Post office regularly. Always get great service

Contract out the USPS Service. Pkg has been sitting at PO for 5 days, no movement. First scan appeared 2 days ago. These employees need to be fired for this political slowdown.

Excellent services from knowledgable hard working and friendly people.

Horrible service. Still haven't received my order and was picked up on the 14th. Not pleased with US mail service.

I sent a package out on August 8th and it is still not delivered. It was only to take a few days and it has been about 14 days now. It has been sitting in Jacksonville post office for 3 days and has not moved. I am very very angry about this and I want my package delivered. Tracking number is 9549012553280221320812, could you PLEASE PLEASE get my package delivered. Thank you!!!

My Priority Mail envelope was mailed from Cincinnati on Monday, the 17th, paid extra for expedited service, as of Friday night, the 21st, it still has not arrived and the post office can't even tell me where it is ! The girl at the Pompano Beach post office on 6th St. told me today, the 21st, that the envelope wasn't even in Florida yet! Can I give the post office a lower rating than a 1 ?
