Essential to life. Very helpful.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any post office. I find that the staff are always helpful, and go above to help anyone. I also find it shameful what the administration is doing to these hard working Americans.

The ladies there are always very professional and helpful. They do their jobs very well. The lady that helped me has been there a long time, and she is extremely nice.

Poor service. No feedback. No updated info tracking.

Tracking a package since August 7 haven't received it yet

I ordered a package from overseas the 26th of July. It arrived in New York July 30. It took 12 days to get to Illinois, two more days to get to Indiana and the tracking has ended. It August 19 and no sign of it anywhere. The company I ordered it from can’t even find it. If you want your vote to count in November carry them to the counting facility. Don’t trust USPS.

My packages have been sitting in California for a while and I live in atmore Alabama, plus I have packages in Atlanta Georgia since the beginning of August

I mailed 3 packages to 3 different locations on Monday August 10, ALL PRIORITY MAIL. FINALLY, today, 1 arrived at it's destination. The other 2 are still MISSING IN ACTION!!! NO online updates, nobody seems to know where they are, when they'll be found and date of delivery!!! Arrrrgh!! UPS OR FEDEX may be getting my business now...

The people who work in the Garwood Post Office are awesome! They're always friendly and helpful. I've only had good experiences there and want to thank you all for a job well done!

Sent Three day mail since Aug. 8. Still on transit today one n a half weeks later. My son in the military urgently need. Pls. Push this through.

Service is way too slow.

Was supposed to receive my package on the August 12, 2020! I have still not received it! Very frustrating! Purchased it for 32nd wedding anniversary for my husband and I, now my anniversary is ruined! Thanks! The only reason I gave 1 star is because there wasn't anything lower!

You shouldn't be charging for priority mail when it takes more than regular to be delivered The packages are been delivered more than a week later after the expected arrival

Poor quality, very slow service

Never delivers small packages to my mail box that is way bigger then most mail boxes
