Updates are spot on

Mailed a pkg on Thursday morning, 8/14/2020, my babies still haven't received it. 4 1/2 days. USPS all messed up.

Track said I was to get a important package today. Big surprise it didn't come even though the web site said it would. Now it has arrived at my post office for the 3rd day. When will it get here? Hope you do a better job with ballots on election day.

Put in complaint 8/4/20, personal mail thrown on porch, not delivered on day email says, never received credit card bill yesterday at all, then email says it was delivered the day before but it wasn't. Not happy at all. Something is seriously wrong.

The post office has had the parcel for 1 week without delivery to a local address

My package has been stuck in the same spot for almost a week and no updates/information about it whatsoever. Terrible service.

I paid extra for two day delivery. It is now five days and the package still has not arrived. I am very disappointed. I could’ve paid $15 less to have it delivered normally.

Only received 1/2 of a $430.00 order. I contacted seller for Amazon and they said both units were mailed together.

I sent a customers truck computer to FL for repair from Tell City IN and it got to Evansville IN and hasn't moved since July 31 customer is on me and said he's going to have to get a lawyer. I told him I'm doing all I can witch isn't mu h.

just use fedex. it's far superior in price, tracking, and overall service to both ups and usps.

I ordered a package, it was supposed to arrive Saturday and is still not in, but another package ordered much later arrived earlier than it’s expected date.

My 2 day priority time sensitive delivery. Has been stuck in purgatory for 8 days now and obviously has yet to be delivered. Projected delivery was the 10th it's the 18 and its sitting in a holding facility

there no excuse my package is just sitting in a Oxon hill md post office since 8/12 its now 8/18.

My receipt says delivery Monday 8/17/2020,it is now Tuesday 8/18/2020 your app shows that it is still at the Post Office In Dearborn Hts Why did I Pay $15 for this slow service I should has taken it to UPS it would have been there on Monday for less money

Very pleased with my service for an overnight package. It arrived when they told me it would be there.
