order mailed on 8 - 7 -20 was supposed to arrive 8 -10 -20 . Last date on tracking 8-11-20 . Nothing showing of possible location 8-14-20 . Where is my product ? Ridiculous. 0

My package is sitting in San Fransico since July 30th. Today is August 14th. This is why I dont use US Postal Services. Fed Ex & UPS get out packages in a timely moment.

The item was thrown above a 8ft fence unto solid ground. The item was a lamp that could easily have been damage due to the VERY poor managing of the mail person.
