it shouldn't take a week for a delivery

Very professional and polite

I mailed off 2 boxes going to the same address which was to be delivered on Monday 1 made it and the other is STILL SAYING INTRANSIT and today is Wednesday very disappointed

I understand CO19 slowing down mail and trump trying to shutdown PO, but box headed to TX has been sitting in PA for 12 days!

The work at the san juan hub is poor package are left aside for weeks and some are lost. Like how is it possible a package crosses the United states in one day and shipped from the east coast to Puerto Rico in one day and from one side of the island that's less than 100 miles it may take 2 to 3 week.

My package was sent out on Thursday August 6 and it is Wednesday 12th and my package still is not here. You can't talk with anyone and it was laid for by priority mail. .Don't like this..

I would like to commend Adrian who works at the Cabot, Arkansas office. It was very busy the day I was in there and there was a woman who was on her soapbox and venting to Adrian about something that had absolutely nothing to do with the USPS or why she was there. Adrian listened very contently and patiently. Once she left he was able to get the customers through and making you feel as though you were the only one there. He was kind and considerate. We need a lot more Adrians in this world. He was by far going above and beyond for his customers.

Disgusting!!! It’s been 10 days and I paid for 7 Max! Package still isn’t there!!!!!!! Shame on usps!!!!

Horrible service from Deerlodge Mt to Belgrade Mt! Priority Mail being sent to Dillon Mt or Three Forks instead of Belgrade Mt or lost period, having to be rerouted causing 2 to 3 day delivery become 4 or 5 days if at all! And PLEASE DON’T BLAME COVID, this has been going on for years!!! Don’t know what the problem is but FIX IT!!! I have called and complained, talked to numerous people but the problem persists! I will be better off driving the 2 hours to Belgrade Mt and hand delivering the mail myself, at least I know it got there!! What am I paying extra for if you can’t do the job right? Get it together, we are tired of this same mistake being made over and over!!!
