Very disappointed in your service. Package mailed in Loveland Co on Friday August 7,2020 due to arrive in San Francisco on Monday August10,2020 I paid for two day service. Very upset and disappointed.

Package sent 2 day delivery on 8/6/20.. today is 8/11/20. Don't know what's happened but this is terrible service. Will recommend fedEx or UPS for future deliveries.

The package was supposed to be delivered 8/10/2020. Based on the tracking it never left from where it originated.

Postman never delivery on right place ,package still not found.

I sent a package as priority on the 1st of August from Newark to Maryland up till date 11th August it’s still in transit. Maryland isn’t even far from here at all

Packages are taking two to three times as long as usual packages sit in the distribution centers for days

Avoid sending anything through USPS slow and hard to pick up.cause you won,t drop at house half the time

We all have to understand that this damn Covid19 is making everything run slowly so give them a break.

I am finding that even if they said that my package would be delivered to the place I was sending it by that Tuesday. That was in July. Its been almost a month now. How can I see where it is without having to install another app. Signed, Darlene Ogden

2pkgs were sent priority on 3 August to American Samoa. 1pkg got there on the 8 Aug and was picked up Monday the 10th. Where the hell is the other pkg? This doesn't make any sense. Ppl need to do their job right and pay attention what they're doing.
