USPS is quick and convenient!

The postmaster was helpful and very friendly in helping me get my package mailed. However, I am totally disappointed in the time it took to get my package delivered.

I paid for 2-day air on July 20th. When I looked on the app it was still in my same city on August 1st. This is being shipped to my daughter in the Navy.

The postal service is a joke. I ordered a part for my motorcycle that was supposed to be at my door within 3 days ( St Charles , IL. ) It was ordered 7-24-20 and it's been in transit since 7-27-20 in the state of California and no updates since. I wish I was given another option on shipping. WTH.

I am not very happy about my service with USPS right now. My package was delivered this morning but the end of the package was ripped open and my item was gone. So now I don't have the item and I'm out money because I can't find a way to message them.

can't deliver my packages have lost 2 packages at the Greenville south carolina center and destroyed one other. This is ridiculous this is all in a matter of a couple weeks

Mailed a package to Germany May 22nd tracking shows it sitting in Mexico in late July What the heck

My package has been unreported and apparently unmoved in 20 days! This was a Priority 2-Day package bound from Spokane to Everett, WA, 300 miles away. It was last seen leaving its city of origin, with a notice of delayed delivery, the day it was to have been delivered. There has been no update for 20 days! UPS is better, if not cheaper!

Prompt, very useful.

I paid 76 dollars to get a package to Florida it was supposed to be there today and after 3 days it made it to a neighboring town I am certain we should NOT VOTE BY MAIL

PKG made it to my state ( mi ) and message said wrong post office so they sent it to Pennsylvania. What in the heck???

Ur service is terrible. Will never ship with u again. Mailed package from Wesley Chapel FL on July 14 to Kenosha WI and as of today (July 31)still have NOT RECEIVED package!! And there is no one available when I call to ask where it is!! I have sat on hold a number of times with no one answer my call! I had to rate with a star unfortunately they did not offer a minus. Because I most definitely would have chosen a negative rate for your service

They do not deliver a package as promised, this is even visit the actual office location to inquire about it. Was told that no one could help me get my package at the office, but they have time to laugh and have a good time in the back. When someone did come out to help she told me I am the one that will deliver in that area the next day. Guess what she lied just left a sorry we missed you note. Some one was home all day the day it was to be delivered, not to mention taking off work early the day before to try and get it. And just a side note when visiting the post office NO ONE was even wearing a mask. Guess there not to concern about customer or even coworkers.

I'm very happy to know that our postal service is doing a great job with all that's going on right now, I mailed a PKG to NY& it actually arrived a day early, thanks USPS, great job!!

Packages never arrive when they say they will. Gave 1 star cause I couldn't give no stars
