package is 2 days late and still not delivered

Excellent COVID precautions in place. I felt very safe. Person who helped me was very courteous, helpful and pleasant.

I type in the tracking number and maybe 3 hours later I get the message. Out for delivery late arrival. Next day same text, same answer. Three day delivery turns into 5 so far! It still has not reached its destination. Person receiving package is flying out 08-01-2020. Mailed package 07-27-2020. As of 07-31-2020 at 3:45 package has not been delivered. Trying Fed EX next time. Very disappointed.

Any other shipping method is better than USPS including walking.

I have not received mail in over a week. We are expecting a package today and they drove right past our house there is over an hour wait to talk to anyone on the phone.

I think the USPS does a very good job. Once in awhile there may be something delivered to the wrong address, but most of the time the postal workers get it right.

Great efficient service. As a customer I am extremely satisfied by the service and the workers are so nice. I would not change the USPS for no other mail service.

My pkg has been in transit since the 17th. of July, without information, of where it is...

Slower than slow

This would not be the first package that got lost in the mail

Live in Severance, Co. Package left Aurora, Co. ( approx. 50 mi. away). Then went to St. Paul Minn. just to be sent back to Denver. Might get it tomorrow. Do not understand the logic in that!

I don't understand why you are not happy - with the covid19 slowing everything down we should be thrilled that we have a Post Office - it will get there when it gets there -

Every employee there is Extremely unprofessional and rude. I don’t suggest, UPS has way better customer service. I will not be visiting USPS in Seminole Fl anymore.

Why did my package start off in Pittsburgh, then go to Deltona, Florida, then to Tampa Florida, then to Sarasota, Florida, then back to Deltona, Florida,and then delivered to me in Orlando, Florida which is about 1hour from Deltona, Florida.

Four days late and still don’t have my package
