Love it. Works fast easy to use.

Doesn't give ETA. Has been at same facility for a week. Has been shipped completely across the US when I am only one state away. This isn't just slow service, it's poor service.

Very poor updates. 3 days and no changes in status.

The worker was very cordial and patient. She did not rush me and saved me a lot of money by showing me a different packaging. She could have just mailed it and charged me accordingly. I really appreciated her sincerity and her genuine care.

Love the USPS lick it, stick it, and forget about it. They got and will deliver it.

I shipped a package two weeks ago and it is sitting 50 miles away !!

A package was mailed to me Priority Mail from Jackson, MO to Willard, Missouri (just outside Springfield, MO) on Saturday July 25. It reached Springfield on Sunday July 26. It is now Wednesday, July 29, and it is still not here. The receipt says the expected delivery day was Tuesday, July 28. Why pay $8.40 if it's going to take the same amount of time as media mail. It's a book!

This service is taking way too long. My package supposed to be in TX by the 20th n still not there

I mailed a small box on 7/25/2020, first class, it was delivered today, 7/29/2020. 4 days to get to Memphis from the General Mail Facility in Nashville Tn. Mailed a birthday card in Hermitage Tn to Mt Juliet Tn, it took 4 days to be delivered 6 miles, totally absurded.

My parcel has been “ in transit” for 11 days! No information on the tracking site except “will be late”.

I paid for 2 day shipping last Friday. I leave in Gardnerville Nv. My packages started off in Riverside CA. Was send to Carson City, 16 miles away from my house, set in Carson city for 1 day, Then was shipped to Las Angeles Ca. Set in LA for 1 day, then it was shipped to San Francisco, been there for 2 days. Not sure were there going to ship it to next..Never, Never ship anything thing through the USPS....the most disfunction organization in the world...disbanded it know.

Package has not arrived at destination after 14 days while waiting for delivery in CA.

This product was not delivered to me as it says. Not real sure where this product is but it's not delivered like it says

My package is stuck in New Jersey for the past week. Delivery date was Wednesday July 22 and today is July 29. Please help. Please find my package and send it on it’s way to Chicago please. I paid good money for the transport.
