I mailed a pkg to Florida on 7/15/20 with delivery expected on 7/19/20. I just checked the tracking number and the sight stated that it was still in transit. I am very, very upset that it has taken this time to arrive in Florida.

My package was supposed to arrive on 7/16. I found out today due to a sorting error it went to the wrong town. Seriously?????

Sent pkg Monday , was to arrive destination Wed or Thur - Thur was tracked in Wilmington, three days later, still there. Today, Monday, still there. Was to be in Bear LAST week. Was Tobey there in time for special occasion last Sat. Soooooo disappointed.

People like to complain about the USPS and its workers. I’ve never worked in the Postal system but I say if you’ve never done so you have no idea what it’s like. Workers inside post office take a lot of flack because people like to complain and are selfish. Some enjoy complaining about their own mail carriers who are an easy target when delivery is delayed. I think about the dogs in yards, the locked gates, the irate postal customers the carriers have to encounter. I didn’t already feel this way: when was in my twenties and less selfish and immature than I am today, I happened to receive mail in my box meant for another customer, several days in a row. One day I attached a note to one of the envelopes meant for a different customer that I was putting back in my box to be picked up. My note expressed my annoyance at receiving someone else’s mail by mistake and I threatened that if it happened again I was going to throw it away. The mail carrier read my note and rang my doorbell and apologized and also explained that I would be breaking federal B law if I messed with the mail. That bit of information was important to me so b I learned from that encounter. I also appreciated the apology. The interaction showed me that the individual was a human being and we all make mistakes. I also learned about my own selfishness. I learned to write a small note on an envelope wrongly delivered saying Not At This Address. The country needs the USPS and the government needs to bail it out and find it properly. Very poor service. Extremely slow and very little or no information.

I sent an envelope priority mail from green acres, FL. To three rivers, mi. On the 13th it is the 19th and has not been delivered to it's destination in I paid $16.11 for it to be there on or before the 17th. What happened and how do I get reimbursed.

Sheon, I hope I read her name correctly. She works in the post office on John F Kennedy Blvd in North Little Rock, AR. She was so friendly and funny and helpful that she really brightened my day. She is a great sales person too. She sold me stamps when I had only gone in to mail a package. Need so many more people like her. Such an asset to the post office!

I have a negative review because I sent a package to covington KY from Knoxville tn it went to Cincinnati then somehow ended up in Washington DC now a week later its in Maryland and I paid for a two day delivery

Letter mailed, it was determined wrong zip code and letter was forwarded??? Since June 30th no info on where letter is, zip code was NOT wrong. No info on address letter was forwarded to or sent??? How do you get any info. Tracking is a joke. Since July 6th no updates on tracking system. I was forced to give one star rating or review would not go through. NO star for this service.
