Good service, the clerk at the Somerdale Post office is always helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the Stratford clerks. Somerdale post office is my go to place when using the USPS!

The worst service and false advertising I have ever been exposed to in my life I’ve been waiting now nine days for a package that they promised me even during COVID-19 would not take over 3 to 5 days when I ordered it next day air and didn’t tell me till the next day when I called wondering where my package was they should be shut downOr bought out by FedEx or UPS they are terrible no refunds no nothing not even an apology or a phone call

I haven't gotten paid in over 2 months because you have lost 3 letters that go to the edd office in Sacramento!!! I am stressed out ,this time I put a tracking number it's been over 7 days in transit to destination and still haven't gotten to the destination

USPS has lost numerous items of mine Including my ID that I had next day aired to Atlantic City on my 21st birthday, I am now waiting for a package for two weeks now that I paid second day air for. Anyone that uses US PS after reading this is an idiot Fed Ex and UPS are much more efficient because they are real business is not garbage government

Sent my Priority package from Illinois to Georgia on 7/13 & it still not has arrived! Will never use this again!!

Although the employee who helped us did a good job, she had her mask dorm around her neck. She helped us not only behind the counter, but in the lobby as well. My husband and I had masks on, but at no time did she pull her mask over her mouth or nose. This is not acceptable.

I mailed a package on 7/10/2020 to Detroit, Michigan and the package has not Been delivered yet (7/20/20).
