Fast polite and quick

The carriers are respectful and courteous. The mail is usually delivered on time.

So a priority letter from a canyon in Los Angeles to beverly hills has still not arrived at its destination after 7 day. The clerk said it would take 3 days . Then when i track it, it indicates that it goes to tennessee before beverly hills??? Am i reading this wrong? So frustrating. I want to suppoet USPS, but this makes no sense.

Cannot get tracking info. Previously put in tracking number and it showed where the package was and or time delivered.

I love the Oregon Post Office! They are always very friendly and efficient.

Not much to choose from to ship they limit how you can send cost way to much will use united parcel from now on.

Still waiting for a package my local Post Office has had in their possession for days. Hopefully, they can LOCATE my package and deliver it to me without FURTHER DELAY.

Still haven’t received my package that was shipped two months ago

Front desk service at Temple, Pa is always friendly and professional. After the mail left that location, tracking stopped after 3 days. 7 days later, certified mail not received and it only went to Philly. I could have walked it there by now! Tracking is not accurate and only shows tracking until 7/8/20. It should not take more than 11 days to arrive, 5 days, maybe!

How is it my package has gone 68 miles in 13 day while in possession of USPS

Our package sent first class to Crestline, CA was sent to an address across the street from the Post Office. We did not know the address was across the street at the time nor that it needed a POBox number. They could not take it upon themselves to deliver it. Instead it has been traveling back in forth from Atlanta to San Bernardino since June 10 !!!!! It is now July 13. The proper return address is on the package.

Lacking professional ethics, don't appreciate the good job they have with the federal government. They lie, don't deliver on time, don't ring the buzzard to allow customers option of coming down to pick up package. They don't come up the steps to deliver the most minute package. I truly dislike USPS I've had much better experiences with ups. No harm intended but it's the solemn truth. Thank you and GOD BLESS
