On July 11th At 11111 Jefferson Blvd Yasmin was helping me to post a parcel to Australia it’s the third time she helped me there really patient and polite so different from my first experience there that push me to write a really bad review on yelp for them , God bless her

Very slow service. No updates on tracking package. No expected delivery date. Very useless.

I have been waiting on a package since July 2 . According to tracking it was picked up and moved to Joliet Illinois where it has never moved again!!! Very disappointed in the USPS system.

Postage is expensive when mailing packages- however packages never get delivered on time! Extremely frustrating!!
