My package has been in transit from Cincinnati Ohio for over a month.Pitiful.

I should have used FedEx. USPS lies about when a package will be delivered. I sent it priority mail which used to be delivered within 2 days then they increased the rate and changed it to 2-3 days and no they are using the Covid excuse.It is the go to excuse for many companies right now. BS. I mailed it on Monday.The guy at the counter said that it would be there by Friday (FOUR DAYS LATER).OK fine.So I go to track it today and it hasn't been delivered yet.What a bunch of BS.smh

I am missing 3 packages. 2 of them are from May 2020 and 1 is from June 2020. It is very sad and ridiculous that no one is never available to talk to or when they do answer, they have no idea where my packages are!!

Terrible service and tracking. The text never responded and it was supposed to be delivered by Friday and now it says Sunday.I had to go to the USPS website because they never responded to my text.It's too bad that I didn't have other options.smh

It’s a shame I can’t rate this “company“ 0 stars. My package has been delay for 3 weeks!!! And their careless actitud is even worse!!!

I have requested when my package will arrive and the answer is what was shown on the tracker. It sat in Inglewood for a month and now in Brisbane for almost a month and still nobody from USPS will tell me what is going on with my package. The worst customer service ever

Where is my package?? Your site says it will be delivered on 07/11/2020 by 8:00pm.. I want my package, NOW!!

Package 5 days late

USPS is repeatedly late with my packages and the tracking information is never up to date with the latest information. Frankly, I don't understand why anyone would use USPS to ship packages.

Tracking is useless. Package bound for Hawaii, guaranteed three day delivery, was tracked at initial post office (I mailed it there at the counter) to a regional processing center about 29 miles away. Then daily a message stating “ in transit, on time” for three days with NO information about where it is. Now, after the three day delivery guarantee is elapsing the only update is “package will be late”. No information at all about where it is. Obviously it is list and they have no idea where it is!

It's been 3 months. It's gone. They have lost it.

My daughter is in the Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base she needed a package delivered as soon as possible and US Postal Service did a good job delivering it on time thank you it’s important especially when your child is in Boot Camp and they rely on receiving packages and letters for communication purposes.

USPS is awful and so so slow!!! 5 days my "priority" was se Shipped & still not here!? That's 5 business day!!! UPS is my choice but not always offered

I went to the Kew Gardens location stood in line was instructed to wait in different line by clerk ( there was also sign for different line for drop off and stamps) the clerk for that line had an attitude and was rude when I inquired about price for stamps and after increasingly visually getting more annoyed she informed she’s only there for drop offs idk why I was referred to that line and got treated like that ,... needless to say I didn’t buy stamps then
