The postal employee was great. He was very polite and extremely helpful. He was at the Pasadena, Tx. Station at 1520 Richey St. My receipt # was 486846-0502. If all of your employees were this loyal to his job you wouldn't have to take this survey.

I’ve been waiting for my package from Jacksonville Florida since 29 June and they keep telling me that it’s on its way and I still have not received my package and here it is July 8, 2020

No matter if I send my package the MOST expensive way or not, packages never arrive on time and in fact, using the utmost care twice my items were broken!!! Very disappointed, time and time again.

They get it to you fine.... But really. Really slowly..... Nothing like canada post or ups

Tana at the Koloa office is always pleasant and goes out of her way to be helpful. She deserves a raise.

I pay for small package 38 dollars .The package was in Puerto Rico Saturday . Today is Tuesday and they did not deliver it yet.

I can’t give no stars or I would. My package was given to an other carrier by USPS . So sorry we can’t help you locate your package!! Is this crazy???
