I'm highly disappointed in how long it took for a package to go from Burlington, NC to Winston-Salem, NC! I paid $21.10 for 1-Day flat rate...sent on June 1st and wasn't recieved until June 6th. Pandemic or not, I paid for 1-Day delivery and I did not get that. USPS has completely let me dowm.

Package was in Whitefish Montana. 3 hours from where it needed to be delivered to. It’s now been 2 weeks and has still not been delivered. What terrible service!!

Envelope mailed May 4. As of July 8, package still not received. Where is my important certified, returned receipt mail? Why has it not been delivered in over 2 months? This needs asap attention. This was very important document.

I paid 51.55 for a 1 pound package going to Canada. I have received 2 packages from the person i sent my package to for 1 i paid that much it should have taken 3 days at the most im going on 2 weeks WTF

I paid $ 137.90 for two letters (3 to 5) business days delivery . posted 6/22 ! Today still not in destination! Important letters : - I lost the case(court) .! Great service , thanks !

Very disappointed with the extremely slow service. I realise we all are suffering the Covis-19 virus but this service is ridiculous.

I was notified by the shipper that my package was sent out sometime during the last week of April. The tracking number showed me it arrived at a facility in Ontario California on April 28. Then it was transferred to USPS on April 29. The post office repeatedly told me they had no records of the package. It was delivered to my house on July 6.

Mail and package deliveries are pretty much hit and miss now dsys. Whether or not you get your stuff in a timely manner makes no difference. If the carrier wants to deliver the mail or package they will if not , oh well maybe you will get it tomorrow if at all. Over the past few months I've had several issues with my mial being delivered late, to the wrong house, or in some casses not at all. Like some of my medical supplies for diabetes that I never got. If I did my job like what I've seen with the USPS, I would have been fired long ago. Sad to say but I do remember a day when they were reliable.

The website I ordered from said “attempted delivery” but no delivery was ever attempted and I have not received my packages in two days.

You guys service is very poor you deliver packages leave them in the hallway for people to steal them don't take the time to ring the person bail that the package belongs to and I have a note on my mailbox stating do not leave my packages in the hallway I am going to report this to the highest

Worst service imaginable. I've had more than my share of lost packages and misdelivered mail. There was a time when postal workers took pride in their work but nobody seems to care anymore. I've had more than my share of damaged packages due to rough handling.
