I am very dissatisfied with USPS, 12 days and still no package. If I could give no stars that would be my rate. I opened a ticket and nothing. This is my medication. truly disappointed.

Always 1 month late , worst service ever too , the package is always broken when it arrives home !

I always use usps and they are courteous friendly and helpful and get my package delivered on time

3 packages i was waiting to receive in the last month were lost one was lost in my town when it was out for delivery how does that happen? No trust in the usps

my mail departed distribution center on 25 in Springfield. Its the 27th and I still don't have it. It was 3 day delivery. Its now been 5 days.

Send it back. I ordered this in April, I have no need for it now.

Somehow a package from Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids ended up in Pittsburgh then Detroit. Paying almost $10 for it to be lost for a month seems unacceptable.

I Iove the detailed tracking that the USPS provides. Sure makes a difference when sending or receiving your parcels.

Seriously lacking as far as any kind of help in trying to locate a very important medical device that was mailed to my patient.

Droped a package of in side drop box at 8pm on the 25th of june it is 2:03 the 26th tracking # shows not receaved by post office. Always someone other then them. Always bs from USPS

I live in Concord NC, June 18th 2020, I sent my God daughter, who lives in Greensboro NC, a package. It sat in a warehouse in Charlotte NC until June 24th. After tracking and calling daily, I finally got to talk to a person to see why my package hasn't arrived? It is June 26, and it still hasn't been delivered!! Why? This makes no sense to me and it's totally unexcepectable!! I've received several emails about my concerns, but the package still hasn't been delivered. This is so incredibly ridiculously!! Unbelievable poor service!!

I dont understand that my package is still in Florida after7 days. I am waiting from Montréal.
