Love this tracking feature. It is easy to use and provides invaluable information promptly. I recently returned an item. It was so convenient to be able to confirm the company’s receipt of the item so that I could then demand my refund.

Happy birthday package was mailed from Palm Springs post office on Monday to arrive in Old Hickory Tennessee on Thursday did not arrive check tracking the package went to Springfield Massachusetts on Thursday and there's no further tracking

I have always had a good experience and treated with kindness at the Fontana, WI post office.

The PO lobby of the Palma Sola Branch was clean. There were very defined marks on the floor for for social distancing. The employees and customers wore face masks. The clerk (#55) was exceptionally good natured and offered other postal services to me. She searched for the most economical fee to send my package on its way. It was an overall excellent experience.

When FedEx or UPS transfer a package to USPS, USPS will report that a package was delivered when it wasn't.

horrible service! ALWAYS losing my packages...when I ask for a refund since I get the insurance they say it was scanned and delivered according to their carrier. I tell them it was not but they call me a liar and say once it is scanned it is no longer their problem. They have cost me thousands in lost packages since Nov 2019

Been waiting for a package to be delivered from Texas it now has been a week and a half and they still have no idea what happened to it. They are completely clueless of where it is what is wrong with these people this is ridiculous how do you lose a package and not know where it is

Was suppose to have receive a pkg from Erie p.a. on 6/22 and today is 25th and nothing yet

Surprise AZ did a good job. My package was mail 6/22 and arrived San Gabriel CA 6/25, a day earlier! Worth my 5 stars rating.
