Living in Canada we can’t really see where our parcel is at after it leaves your final facility. I’ve had orders I’ve been waiting for for over a month, granted the COVID-19 pandemic has put a fork in the road. However it would be nice to know where your parcel is at throughout its journey.

Missing packages not being delivered to the people who purchased them. Stolen !!!

Get my package to me on time and you'll get a 5 star rating.

Next time I will go to UPS. Overnight Saturday , should have been there Monday by 3pm. STILL NOT THERE.

This is a very efficient tracking system.

It’s been about maybe a week or two and I still haven’t received my package mean while everyone else as in my friends that ordered from the same website has already received theirs

I sent via post office a package from Puerto Rico on June 1st to Michigan and is June 17th and I keep getting messages that is in Detroit and it's moving to the next facility. I know there is a pandemic, but this delivery service is pandemonium. I hope the next message I received is that it's delivered. Thanks.

This tracking should be better in letting you know when you will get package or what mail you’re waiting for.

I have been waiting on a very important piece of mail,my license it was sent on the 10th and today is the 17th so I'm very frustrated..

Website states recieved june 3 in processing now june 17 still in processing? Spent 1.7 hr on hold still no response

Have never met “ruder” people at the Sycamore Ave., Charleston, SC office. The two women working the front are just plain mean.
