Top notch service today at Palmyra PA post office 416376-0078. Able to multi task, knowing I had packages to scan while Customer had an issue the Postmaster was taking care of. No waiting for me. Always a pleasure going into this post office!!

Super poor service, will eventually be overcome by private competitors.

I mailed 4 packages on Monday June 8th, for delivery on Friday, June 12, as of today june 17, only one package has been delivered.

Horrible service don't use if possible. Been over 30 days still waiting for package

This package left Frankfort, Ks on Tuesday, June 9, 2020...estimated delivery was for Friday, June 12, 2020. Today is June 16th, 2020. This package has been to Wichita, Kansas City, Topeka.....and still not delivered. I would love an explanation! I can't help but rate you low right now.

10th weeks stuck at same location

Megan was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had two packages going to the same address. She helped me consolidate both into one shipment, which saved me money. It made more work for her but she happily did it. Great service! Thank you Megan and USPS.

The postal worker Ron should get recognized for his great customer service he is always kind compassionate and knowledgeable he has helped me numerous Times and today he went above and beyond i got there Just at 430 and i was anxious to send a package to my nephew who is having surgery so Ron let me in listened to my worries about my nephew and made sure IT got on 5p truck thank you God bless you please recognized him

Sometimes it’s no o time .. so when I need something like priority is better to pay a little bit more extra and to send it by UPS OR FEDEX

You pay for timely delivery, it’s two days late it’s not the first time . It’s just terrible

I will not be using USPS at the lake Ave. In blasdell location. I've been there multiple times this month and the customer service is horrid. Instead of making me feel stupid and being obviously annoyed with me, help me learn. I don't ship packages because of social anxiety and after this experience I probably will find another way to ship.

Whenever I go into the Wayne MI office I find pleasant helpful personnel who do not hesitate to offer both service and a smile.
