Sorry service. Mailed on Feb. 22 nd paid for Feb 24 th delivery it got to destination on Feb 26, 2024, at least the tracking app says it was delivered.

Poor service has been in memphis 14 days when checked first time told me it would be there the 17th it is now the 26 still in transit in Memphis

I would give 0 stars if I could. This has happened twice now, I order something off of Etsy and when the package is several days late I check to see a “notice” was left due to a delivery attempt and me not being home. I have always been home each time and there NEVER is a notice. Not on my door, not in the mailbox, not at my neighbors. They NEVER leave any notifications of having attempted a delivery and never came to my door or rang my door bell. I never have gotten my original orders, I had to have the sellers resend a new package both times!!!

When you try to locate parcel and reason for delayed delivery they want emails and credit card info before they help and there is a 5 dollar charge.

Cannot believe it mailed two pckgs from small rural p.o. in East central Illinois on Friday. One arrived in Ohio today. The other is in Chicago headed for Missouri.

Mailed a package priority mail on Friday morning from Viroqua Wi to Appleton Wi was delivered on Monday. No problem at all. Customer service was also good !

If this was an independent company it would have gone under and been a memory a long time ago. The attitude at the USPS in general is an example of lacking the knowledge to streamline and repair it's marginal system. I'm talking about the postmaster general down. Some of the counter clerks I've run into are the most belligerent rotten nasty people I've ever seen employed. My mouth has dropped open several times here in Jacksonville from what I've heard as ten times the reason to fire someone in the customer service sector. I'll be blunt and honest. These women have no filter and I can't imagine how they remain employed when their behavior clearly has not gone unnoticed by management and fellow coworkers. These people watch their own as they compromise their integrity for their "brothers and sisters". It's a stain on the operations which are abysmal. I sent out an overnight package to Miami. It wasn't received until a week later! Within the same state and an overnight package didn't make it the next day. Or the day after! Or the day after that! 7 days to deliver an overnight package! This isn't an isolated incident. It's happened to me three out of four times in mid to late 2023. No one has the sense not the knowledge to redesign the system with effective initiatives to instate fail safes ensuring delivery windows. They don't see the need to hire a company that would inspect and research the best technology and procedures that would improve it's services. It's sad how archaic the government offices are in this country. With all of the technology available they can't seem to implement the programs that it would take to keep up with the neverending process of processing. It's comical and annoying at the same time. My advice is start by firing the b**ches with the "I don't need to be doing this for you" attitudes and let them sit at home maintaining their fake nails where they can't interject their rotten lazy attitudes into the public sector and offer some college graduates a CAREER where they can advance within the company and create a more educated and confident environment. If you aren't able to do your job and do it well then you shouldn't be working that position at all. That's the way it is at most companies around the globe. The USPS is going to overlook their issues because they can't fix them. I agree. You can't fix something you know nothing of. Just keep pretending you've got it well in hand. We'll be right here watching the s**t show.
