I can’t recive my parcel

Worst service ever it was supposed to arrive Wednesday today is Monday and it hasn’t arrived

Absolutely horrible I was told a nine dollar priority mail package price would get to New York from Long Beach in two days. It took almost a week.

How come I paid for 1day delivery. I send it on Wednesday to get there Friday but up to now it hasn't reached there.

If you want something done badly, just put the govt in charge.

This was supposed to be delivered by Saturday and now it's not until Monday. I payed for this . It's been sitting in Jacksonville since Saturday. Not happy

I sent a package it a week ago. It is still in route

poor service!! it doesn't even deserve one star, you pay all that money, to get there in two days, for what!!! What happen to people that use to work?? All the money, you charge people to mail stuff, you should invest into training better employees!! Thank you

Just want to put my tracking number in and see where it's at. WITHOUT USING A CREDIT CARD. THIS IS HORRABLE

Mailed priority envelop 2/222/24 to be delivered to Nashville TN on 2/26/24. Took it 2 days to get to Dallas & now it says delivery date is 2/28/24

Very poor service not reliable at all. Parcel from Fremont CA to India on 17 Feb still not received , express mail promised it will reach in 5 - 7 days .

I Lived around the world, I have never seen a larger organization like USPS functioning as poorly as they do for so many years. This is amazing.

I ordered a package from TikTok shop and it was supposed to come through your shipping between the 20-23 and today is the 25th and I still have not received my order

A total nightmare. I sent a properly addressed package with christmas gifts for children on December 16. Tracked that it was return to sender on Dec 19. It was not. Thru many phone calls I learned that the postal clerk in Illinois had entered a wrong street address in Brooklyn. Later I learned that my returned address was not longer readable. I receive pictures showing that when the picture of my package was taken the return address was not readable. Iwastold that the correct addresses on the package were not used for delivery since they use the electronic one that was erroneously entered at the originating PO. I gave the complaint clerk the correct addresses. Apparent ly the correct information was not put on the package. It has been tracked back and forth between the distribution centers in both states 3 times. As of this review it tracks to be in Indianapolis head for Chicago Distribution for the 4th round trip as of today, Feb 25, 2024. If the correct info has still not been applied it will get returned again to Brooklyn. If it ever gets to me I'm sure I will be expected to pay again to mail the package after repacking. The children received no Christmas gifts and they may age out of what I mail on December 16, 2023. The rating should be -5 gave the complaint clerk both the B
