My local post office is always helpful. I, and Nyack would be lost without them.

Today’s clerk (#7) was the best clerk I’ve had in a very long time. The clerk that was there the last few times I’ve been there was always texting. He seemed annoyed that customers were there.

Package originally sent from Australia. Received by USPS on May 22nd 2020. It is now June 12th 2020, package still not delivered to me.

I wish I had gotten the clerks name before I left but I thought it was on the receipt and it’s not. So happy to still be able to mail letters and packages by mail. My experience today was wonderful. So helpful & so friendly! Makes me happy to be an American!

Tracking is NEVER IN REAL TIME ! If UPS and FeDex can track in real time why can you not ? Your Tracking is usually 24 hrs behind or not at all and is there for Unreliable and that is ridiculous especially when you are subsidized with Tax Payers Dollars.

Love my local Post Office in Nassau Bay, Texas! Staff are friendly, helpful, efficient.

Gentleman that waited on me was so polite and easy to talk to. He made you feel that as a customer you were special.

Very dissappointed. Very slow

In the last 68 years I have had very little trouble with the United States Post Office and they deal with billions of letters and Parcels every year it's not uncommon to have half a percent get lost or be late wish most things were like that

Post office on Bryant St, San Francisco. Staff person very welcoming, polite, and communicated clearly in offering various options and pricing. Working efficiently in a space well marked for social distancing.

Several packages sit in Champaign extended periods. Waiting for live plants since 6/5/20.
