Horrible service. No one ever answers the 800 number or the main number. They don’t particularly care about the fact that you don’t get your mail. I can go on and on it’s a disaster over there!

Once again the website says my package will be here Monday and it’s now Friday. No clue when it will show up since the website has not updated in 2 days. Getting really sick of dealing with this every time. Then I tried to call and got out on hold for an hour, then hung up on. This was happening way before covid so y’all can’t use that as an excuse.

Paid for 2 day delivery, took 4 days too get too final post office as of today Jun 12th it is waiting too get delivered too final resident when postal service put on tracking it was supposed too be delivered by 8 pm the 11th of June so why if you pay for expedited delivery it takes longer and not get some refund of cost

I paid $82.95 to ship a 6 pd. 14 oz gift pack to my kids in England, on May 1, 2020. It took 22 days to get from Kerrville, TX to the Chicargo, IL International distribution center. It is still sitting in transit there as of today, 6/11/2020 6:06 pm, stuck there in Chicago. The service at USPS is terrible! I reported a concern a few weeks ago, it moved to Chicago and hasn't moved since. I want a refund, an apology and that package to get across the ocean like I expected to my kids. Already missed Birthday celebration, and I mailed a month early to take into account for COVID-19. Tracking# CH097300955US. See for yourself. Terrible!!!!
