I think they have a lot to improve.Never before, the usps had worked so badly, I certified a letter on June 5 and the web does not appear if it has arrived or not, terrible service and even worse its website

Sent 1 day delivery and pd like $28. Package hasnt left SEA yet and its 4pm. Receipt says package was to arrive in Reno by 3pm today 6/13

Terrible carrier. I'm in wheelchair and all my parcels are to be placed over my fence. On june 13 Iexpecting package I was home and carrier didnt leave it. Now I have to get ride to pick up at police. Yr carrier needs to go bye bye

Post office is amazing, beats every other carrier for price hands down to Hawaii. Only problem I ever have is when I order books (takes forever but that's a decision made by the company who is shipping company to save a few dollars using 3rd class option. It's not really the PO's fault. I wish ebay would offer an option for first class for media, but they don't so if time is important I just go with Amazon. Love the PO it's the best by far!!
