I ordered a cloth, i paid extra for 5-7 days delivery. Its been two and a half weeks, the event I need the cloth for is in 2 days, I can't even track the item. This is terrible

My buddy sent me a package via PRIORITY mail, and either they do not update their package routes like they say they do, or my package has stayed in the same location for almost 4 days now. Isn’t priority mail supposed to be 1-3 days? That’s why we pay almost ten dollars instead of a few cents for a stamp. Again, my buddy sent me a package from Los Angeles on Friday morning and according to this website it is STILL in LA right now (Monday evening).

Sent my sister one book in manila envelope May 15 , 2020 from West Memphis,AR to Newport News VA and she has yet to receive it now June 8th. Good service I think not

I reviewed your website to see how long priority mail would take. Nothing on your website said you wernt going to deliver on time because of covid. I would made a different choice. I need that package on time. Its worthless to me now. You dont care. You stole my money. You miss represented your product. Fraud. I would be arrested or sued. You recieved one star because I had to.

Supervisor at the Kawkawlin Michigan office is in need of severe retraining! Couldn't even get a p o box for me. And said that she owned that post office. She said it was hers and not owned by the federal government.

The carrier did not even stop in my complex with my package. She drove right past and sent in an "attempted delivery" status. I sat on my porch and watched her drive past. If she left a notice of an attempted delivery, I wonder who she left it with.
