Mailed pkg 6/3 to Houston. Was told it would be delivered 6/6. Still not delivered, won't be delivered until Mon., 6/8.

Very dissatisfied with service I can't give you any stars. I mailed out an order to order stamps I called multiple times and was told it was MAILED to my home IT WAS NOT!!!! PROVED I paid you took money from my account and didn't give me my order . So someone has 27.50 and I didn't get my stamps so much for trusting the federal government workers

I mailed out 3 cards asked the USPS CLERK when it'll be delivered she said Friday NO SUCH LUCK!!! I paid to have it tracked and it's been sitting in Cincinnati for 2 days. Tracking said it'll be delivered SATURDAY. Guess what it's still in CINCINNATI my recipants are very upset that their packages keep getting delayed.

Having got my delivery that said delivered

I sent a package on 5/29/20 going to Ft Worth from Dallas. It is June 6, 20 and it still has not arrived. The postal person added the additional postage. Nuts

I ordered something from China more than two months ago. It hit stateside a month ago in L.A was stuck in customs for four days, then got sent to New York completely bypassing me, stuck in customs for four days then. Now it is in Chicago, they said expected delivery date was today. I swear you guys are dragging your heals. This is totally unacceptable!

They pay for the package to get here over night. It says by 3pm. And postman said he don't have it it's still in ft. Lauderdale I need the envelope today important invitation for tomorrow.

Why is it the second time I don't recieve my overnight package till 3 days 1st. Time And Today is postman said won't recieve till Monday when surpose to arrive today by 3PM

Great friendly customer service. Quick, efficient service. I was buying stamps & wanted something different & the clerk took the time to show me the various stamps available. I wish I had gotten her name. I was there Sat 6th between 11:30 & 12. Will definitely go back.

Why is it taking so long to get to its destination

Employees are lazy don't care about people's mail always something wrong from mistakes they do I put a hold on my mail and they didn't respect that tgey kept sending my m.j akl to a broken makl box now my mail is lost.

Like they say, they deliver in the rain, snow, wind and heat. Never had a problem with USPS in my 54 years of using them...

The usps is not capable of doing this business, go to private sector, maybe Amazon
