My package has cleared customs 5 business days ago, still hasn’t moved. Garbage service! I call and wait on the phone for 70 minutes to be told they don’t know, let me transfer you and then hang up on me. I wish I could give them a lower number then 1 star

They said my package will arrive on 6/2 . Today is 6/4 and I cannot find the package NOWHERE

Day after day the USPS does the job and I wish all people see their postal carrier and thank them .

I must have gotten the wrong tracking number and got a number for a previous package I'm looking for one I just order may 30th but the number I got for it says it was delivered may 19th but I just ordered it so I have no clue where my package is or anything at this point in time which make me very sad

I paid for 3 day shipping from isant mn to shepherd's air force center Texas. My package sat in St. Paul for 7 days

priority mail horrible, was told would be at destination on Tuesday and still not there

I am quite short and have a hard time seeing the credit card machine. However Kelly was very patient and kind. My experience was enjoyable.

My parcel remained stuck in Chicago for 3 weeks. I can't send a mail to customer service because I don't have a US address. Please do not use covid-19 for the delay. I was told by the seller that the parcel will be sent first flight out on 28 May. There seems to be no flight out at all. Poor service and no guarantee I will ever get the parcel.

Extra friendly service

During the shut down we have had a need to mail supplements to our patients who can not come in. The Drake Rd Post Office’s staff has been AWESOME. Thank you for your service to our community. Karen ROCKED last night.
