Your tracking is of not much use. I was told it would take 3 days to arrive in Boston. The tracking Information last update was two days ago. Package was supposed to arrive on Saturday. Sunday it said it had arrived to last facility and was on it way to destination. It is now Tuesday, 7 days from the date it was Sent. Not surprised. I sent Sent 2 packages Next Day delivery. One arrived and the Second went to another state! I payed a Lot of money to have this fast delivery because it was time senstive, of course only one arrived. Two months later the Second package arrived to its destination.

5 stars to Brownstown PA’s sales associate. She was very friendly and helped me out with getting my package ready to be mailed. The only official reference I have for her is clerk #09 that is on my receipt. She was phenomenal to work with. Thank you for a great experience!

Not pleased with the service. Package has been sent back and forth between 2 post offices for a week, and still has not reached destination city. And I paid extra for priority mail!

Post office is supposed to open at 0900 at the Pecan/Mcoll location, however the doors didnt open until 0905 and had only 1 postal worker working the counter. At 0915 another lady came from the back named Cindy who wasn't ready and took her time organizing her counter when there were more than 12 people waiting to get serviced. When you run a business and say you open at 0900, it means you are ready to start servicing customers not getting ready and organizing your area and taking your time. 0900 is 0900 and not ready to start helping customers not at 0915 and organizing your area. It's no wonder people rather use FedEx and UPS.

Horrible service, never on time! Charge you for priority shipping, never deliver remotely close to when it should. I’d give them -5 if I could! Garbage garbage garbage!

It was supposed to be delivered on May 30. Given that Monday maybe the earliest date it could be delivered it is kind of scary to me that using the tracking number my letter disappeared on Thursday the 28 and is no longer being tracked with no record of delivery.

FedEx or UPS from now on!!! Time to go paperless for everything, just so idn have to deal with USPS again. I'm tired of paying for certain delivery dates and the mail still ends up delayed a week or 2. My delivery lady drives by when she feels like it, or has time. Signed, A Fed-up Consumer
