for the cost i expected better service and don't use covid 19 as an excuse am a delivery person and if anything i get things done even faster just to get out of it

Terrible business transaction and delivery is ridiculous. I can't believe how long this order has been almost 8 weeks or more when it was supposed to be 3 to 4 days. What a joke NO I will not order from the company I ordered from again !!!!!!

Sent very important mail overnight but the mail was lost in STL. No where to be found. Next day after guaranteed delivery, it is ALMOST to its destination. I should have known better than to use USPS.

I mailed my uncle a package to Georgia and the man behind the counter larry is a really cool guy i would recommend he get a pay raise he is a nice guy helped me out today thanks larry

Yes how did a package get from New Orleans to Memphis TN. leave Memphis TN. And go to Pa.and you can't get it back to Memphis and it was 2nd day air and I talked to someone at the 877 number and a supervisor who do we have working for the USPS after this I will not use the post office again

Staff person was very helpful, pleasant and professional. One of the best post offices I have used. Have never had a complaint there

Horrible!!! I’ve never had a package delivered on time from them! Over 10 shipments, never once on time. I try to have someone shipping use a different shipper.

The package is left on May 14th arrived in Kansas City on the 26th in Wichita on the 28th. How come it takes over two weeks to get a package when it should only take 3 days this is ridiculous

The USPS is the most unreliable postal service available but it is also the most affordable. If you absolutely need a package to arrive on time do NOT use the USPS!! They have been absolutely horrible long before the COVID-19 pandemic but now they use it as an excuse. 8 out of 10 times they deliver my packages a day or even two late. I wish I could afford another service! If you don't need a package to arrive on time then definitely use the USPS. That way your mail may eventually arrive and you can get your money back.

I have had a package sitting in Illinois for 3 weeks from optics planet I still receive my bills and other regular mail don't understand what the problem is
