My package was send to Miami FL on the 12th May. Suppose to delivered my package to me on the 18 May paying the price of priority express international pricing, however now is 27 May and tracking still show in transit to designation. No update on anything. Worst service provider I encountered.

About a car in Missouri I live in Tennessee the car was shipped to Tennessee so far the car beat the title that was mailed the day before. I received a car for days ago and still have not received the title that has a tracking number

Mailed a box, last Tuesday 5/19 priority mail, 2 to 3 days. Still has not been delivered, 7 days later. Paid $24.20!!!!!! So tired of everyone using the Covid 19 as an excuse for incompetence!! Will only use UPS from now on!!

I am a big supporter of the postal service especially since mail-in ballots will be so important in the next election. I do have a complaint regarding the training of employees. I recently brought in a package that was a merchandise return and had a QR code for the clerk to scan and make the label. This particular employee insisted that they didn’t do that, even when I told her I had done it at another post office. She kept saying, “I don’t think so”. She finally asked someone and was informed that yes, indeed they DO make those labels. She did apologize, but it certainly wasn’t a very pleasant feeling to have someone basically tell me I am lying. Please make sure your employees are up to date on nw procedures and technology! We want to see you succeed in spite of our president trying to shut you down. Thank you.

An employee named Jack at USPS store zipcode 07405-9998 was aggressive and rude from the start. He made rude comments about me under his breath and berated me constantly and grabbed and threw my packages around and moved slowly. I will not be using USPS again.
