Extremely dissatisfied with tracking service. Put the tracking number in and it just says in transit to next facility doesn't give me an estimated date of delivery, I've had this with several deliveries I'm expecting very annoying!!!

I find this service to be a very useful experience and I do recommend to all my friends and family

USPS tracking is terrible, plain and simple...slow in showing the progress of a parcel.

Fast friendly dependable

Very friendly drivers! Have always had extremely good service even during the Corona virus pandemic. Drivers always leave my packages in safe place and always put heavy packages up on my porch when I'm not home and even when I'm home they bring heavy packages right up on porch. They always have treats for my dogs and they give them a paws up since they don't have thumbs!

This post office employees, David in particular, don’t have a sense of customer service, her doesn’t make visitors welcome at all, neither has respect for the elderly. Just today en senior with a ventilator was being helped by David, the senior told him that cheapest possible for his box and David obviously didn’t pay attention to the guy and keep asking him “do you want to mail it” anyone with a sense of urgency and understanding would not argue with the customers. It was not only me Who found the quick argument among them unbelievable. This is the second time I visit this place and have the same horrible experience. I pray God not to go back there again. Very rude and very unprofessional.

Amazon had more up to date info on package. Sad.

It’s been 15 days and my package has not arrived. It looks like it’s been just sitting in Jacksonville FL for 5 consecutive days

Sent out a certified envelope last Thursday 0514/20 from North Hills to Montello, CA and Clark told me It should arrive on Saturday 5/16/20. The person receiving mail correspondence text on Monday 05/18/20 that he had not received anything. So I checked online and it says Mail correspondence should arrived Wednesday 05/20/20. I just checked again online and it says Expected delivery Friday 22 of May at 6:45 PM. What's wrong with this service? Totally unacceptable. Thank you !!

I dropped my package off on a Monday and it's only seemed to travel a few miles to the next city in 5 days and I needed to go all the way to New York I'm not sure if it's still in the next city or it's just not being tracked properly

I’ve ordered something almost a month ago and it’s been in transit for at least a week. I don’t receive any updates and I just want my package.
